This 6-week course is the result of my almost 20 years of experience as a wellness consultant, psychologist, couples and family therapist; life coach, clinical hypnotist, theta healer and many more certifications, courses and preparation that I have received throughout my life; but most importantly, it is what I have verified that works, through my own practice and by witnessing others practicing it.
Among all those things that I have verified that work, one of the most important ones is the fact that in order to improve our skills as parents, we have to improve ourselves as individuals first.

It is scientifically proven that about 70% of children’s learned behaviors have been acquired by modeling their parents; considering the term “modeling” as “imitate”, not necessarily listening. So, if we think that in order to educate the children well, it is enough to give them daily sermons of what “should” be done in life, without them seeing those desired behaviors being practiced regularly by their parents, we are wrong.

Nowadays, more than ever, children require parity between what we say and what we do, since they no longer have any impediment in telling or demonstrating when there is no consistency in our behaviors.

The respect that children have for their parents today is based on the concrete results they see in their lives, not on what they pretend to be in the eyes of their children.

Based on this transcendental concept of modeling, I created this course. Even when you registered thinking that you were going to receive a number of tips to become a Unbeatables parent, we are going to concentrate first on how to be a Unbeatables Self. Later, you will learn how to make the transition of all those new personal attributes to your family circle.

To be a Unbeatables Self, we need to integrate and balance in our lives all the aspects that being a human being represents. These are physical, social, family, educational, financial and emotional. When one of these aspects prevails, it is limited or non-existent, it is when the imbalance and unhappiness come; which is projected to what is closest to one … the family.

Through this structured, short, effective and multidisciplinary 6-weeks coaching online course you will see positive changes in your life in general that will positively impact your performance as a parent.

We have structured this course in 6 weeks so that each week we will be covering a different topic of what we consider are the most important aspects in current people’s life. My main intention is that first, you know yourself from the most superficial to the deepest levels through all the self-assessments you will be doing; then, we will work together in a plan tailored only by and for you to improve those areas that require a “boost”; then, put the plan into action and finally you learn how you can integrate all of those changes in your family’s environment.
